Ikeja City Mall, Alausa, Lagos

Recently opened Ikeja City Mall is a modern shopping mall offering 22,000 sqm of retail and entertainment space.

The city mall construction, which commenced in May 2010 and opened for trade in November 2011, was initiated by Actis.

The design of the mall incorporates informal meeting places, a food hall and other amenities. Ikeja City Mall is bounded by access roads on three sides, ideally positioned for convenient parking and shopping.

Located in Alausa, Ikeja, Ikeja City Mall, comprising 27,000 square metres of gross built area and 23,000 square metres of lettable area, features Silverbird Cinemas equipped with a 5-screen cinema theatre – the first and only cinema theatre in Ikeja.

Ikeja City Mall is one of the best places to shop in , Lagos, accommodating up to 100 shops, including Shoprite’s latest generation store of over 4,400 square metres, KFC, Mr. Price, Twice as Nice and Aldo.

Other notable amenities include specialist facilities for department stores, banks, cafés, bars, restaurants, hairdressing and beauty salon, etc.
