1.1. Our website offers subscriptions for both physical and digital (soft copy) magazines, available on a monthly or yearly basis. 1.2. The digital magazines are for personal use only. By subscribing, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and download the magazines. 1.3. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any subscription plan at our discretion.
- Prohibited Use
2.1. Subscribers are strictly prohibited from selling, distributing, copying, or making the digital magazines available to third parties, whether for free or for profit. 2.2. Any attempt to resell, reproduce, or redistribute our digital content will result in immediate account termination, and we reserve the right to pursue legal action. 2.3. The resale, distribution, or unauthorised sharing of digital content violates intellectual property laws, including:
- The Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988(United Kingdom), which protects digital and print publications from unauthorised distribution.
- The UK Digital Economy Act 2010, which enforces digital rights management (DRM) and combats online copyright infringement.

- Account Responsibility

- Payment and Refunds
5.1. All subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. 5.2. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Existing subscriptions will not be affected until renewal.
- Termination
6.1. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription if you violate any of these Terms and Conditions. 6.2. Upon termination, your access to digital magazines will be revoked immediately.
