Obudu Mountain Resort is located at the top of the Obudu Plateau, almost 1580 metres above the sea level. Obudu Mountain Resort rests perfectly on the Sankwala Mountains. A Scottish man M. McCaughley, travelled the mountain range for the first time in 1949. It is when he planned to build the resort in 1951.
